Regular CSE tuition is ₹2 lakh annually and MBA tuition ₹2.50 lakh in the 2026–27 tariff. Registration, library and sports/culture total ₹9,000 per year. Enrolment and refundable academic caution are ₹10,000 each once at joining.

For four-year CSE, ₹8 lakh tuition plus ₹36,000 recurring charges, ₹20,000 joining payments, ₹7,500 alumni and ₹7,500 degree charges make ₹8.71 lakh. The figure includes refundable caution. Application, accommodation and separately notified examination fees sit outside it. Full-course budgets use the current rates without assumed future growth.

The ₹2,000 application charge is separate from semester fees. CSE semester one has ₹1,00,000 tuition and ₹4,500 recurring registration/library/sports charges. Adding ₹10,000 enrolment and ₹10,000 academic caution makes ₹1,24,500 at academic joining.

Semester two adds ₹1,04,500 at the same tariff, bringing first-year academic cash to ₹2,29,000. Enrolment and caution are counted once. Hostel joining has its own room payment, laundry, security and booking charge.

Ordinary annual CSE tuition and recurring charges total ₹2,09,000. In year one, enrolment and caution add ₹20,000, giving ₹2,29,000. The alumni charge of ₹7,500 falls in semester three or the final semester, whichever comes first.

For a four-year CSE course, this gives ₹2,16,500 in year two, ₹2,09,000 in year three and ₹2,16,500 in year four, including the final degree/convocation charge. The four annual cash amounts total ₹8,71,000 at unchanged 2026–27 rates.

First-year academic payments are ₹2.79 lakh for MBA, ₹1.29 lakh for general BBA and ₹1.59 lakh for BCA. These combine annual tuition, ₹9,000 recurring charges and the ₹20,000 joining payments. The full totals are ₹5.53 lakh for two-year MBA, ₹3.62 lakh for three-year BBA and ₹4.52 lakh for three-year BCA.

Professional-course totals include ₹5.11 lakh for four-year Agriculture, ₹6.71 lakh for four-year B.Pharm, ₹7.55 lakh for five-year integrated law and ₹8.80 lakh for five-year B.Arch. Accommodation is added for the actual course duration; application and examination remain separate.

The nine room tariffs range from ₹1 lakh annually for standard triple occupancy to ₹1.80 lakh for AC single occupancy with an attached bathroom. Standard double occupancy is ₹1.25 lakh and single occupancy ₹1.35 lakh. The hostel handbook states that mess is included in hostel fees.

Laundry adds ₹10,000 annually. Hostel security is ₹10,000 refundable and room booking ₹35,000 non-refundable at joining. AC electricity is billed by actual meter use. Thus standard triple room/mess costs ₹1.55 lakh in the joining year and ₹1.10 lakh per later year at the same rates.

First-year CSE costs ₹2.29 lakh academically or ₹3.84 lakh with the standard triple hostel. The ₹1.55 lakh housing addition includes the annual room/mess tariff, laundry, hostel security and non-refundable booking. The next three housing years cost ₹1.10 lakh each at unchanged rates.

Four-year housing therefore totals ₹4.85 lakh. Combined with ₹8.71 lakh academic cash, the total is ₹13.56 lakh. Adding the ₹2,000 application payment produces ₹13.58 lakh before separately notified examination fees. Both academic and hostel refundable cautions are included once.

The 2026–27 bus schedule has nine routes costing ₹20,000–₹47,500 annually. Jagatpura/NRI/SKIT is ₹20,000, Malviya Nagar/Jagatpura Road ₹22,000 and Pratap Nagar/Sanganer ₹35,000. Raja Park and adjoining areas are ₹37,000. The V.K.I Road No. 14–Sirsi route is ₹47,500.

A ₹5,000 advance booking payment is credited within the annual route fare. It is not an extra amount above the full fare. The remaining balance follows the stated June 1 and December 15 instalment schedule.

The 2026–27 admission notice lists VGUCET tuition awards of 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 15% at entrance-score thresholds of 90%, 80%, 70%, 60% and 50%. It states 7.5 CGPA, 75% attendance and no backlogs for renewal.

The 2026 entrance portal has a different chart, with 30%, 25%, 20%, 15% and 10% over the corresponding bands. The older 2025–26 qualifying-examination policy gives 15% at 90% marks and 10% at 75%, with a 6 SGPA renewal condition. These schemes have different years and terms; the approved award identifies the applicable tuition reduction.

An approved ₹50,000 award against ₹2 lakh annual CSE tuition leaves ₹1.50 lakh tuition. The ordinary ₹9,000 annual registration/library/sports charges and joining/final-course charges remain separate. Hostel, mess and transport are outside the scholarship coverage.

The tariff states that scholarships are applied in the even semester. The payment plan therefore needs the award’s approved amount and period rather than deducting a scholarship percentage from the entire course-and-hostel budget.

Registration is ₹2,500, library ₹1,000 and sports/culture ₹1,000 per semester. Enrolment and refundable academic caution are ₹10,000 each once. Alumni and degree/convocation charges are ₹7,500 each, at the specified later stages. These amounts are already included in the academic totals.

Examination fees are notified separately each academic year. Optional minors cost ₹50,000 for at least 18 credits, and a second MBA major adds ₹50,000 for the programme. Specified BBA and B.Des specialisation/double-major choices also have ₹50,000 additional payments. Re-registration after de-registration for unpaid dues is a conditional ₹11,000 charge.

For Indian nationals, Online BBA/BCA semester-plan totals are ₹1.42 lakh: ₹1.32 lakh tuition, ₹9,000 examinations and ₹1,000 registration. Online MBA/MCA total ₹1.57 lakh: ₹1.50 lakh tuition, ₹6,000 examinations and ₹1,000 registration.

Online BBA’s annual-plan tuition is ₹39,600 per year and one-instalment tuition ₹1,12,200. With the same examinations and registration, full-course cash is ₹1,28,800 or ₹1,22,200. Online MBA annual-plan and one-instalment cash amounts are ₹1,42,000 and ₹1,34,500. These are payment-plan offers with their own terms, separate from standard semester tuition.

A ₹10 lakh loan at 10% annual interest over seven years gives an EMI of about ₹16,601 with equal monthly reducing-balance repayments. The amount borrowed can cover a different share of tuition and living costs depending on direct family payments and the approved scholarship.

The example starts repayment on the stated principal. If interest accrues during a study moratorium and is added to the balance, the repayment amount changes. Refundable caution is part of the cash needed during study even though it differs from a non-refundable charge.

The 2026–27 fee details identify annual tuition, semester charges and joining or final-course payments. For CSE, ₹2 lakh annual tuition becomes ₹2.29 lakh in first-year academic cash after recurring charges, enrolment and caution.

The standard triple housing budget separately includes room/mess, annual laundry, security and booking. A complete plan also includes application, separately notified examination fees, optional course additions and transport where selected. Online degrees use their own tuition and payment-plan schedule.
