SAGE University IndoreAdmission 2027, courses and fees

SAGE University Indore is a private university established in 2017 at Kailod Kartal, near Rau on the Indore–Dewas Bypass. It has NAAC A+ accreditation and offers engineering, management, computer applications, pharmacy, law, agriculture, design, science and arts courses. SAGE University Bhopal is a separate university.

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, MBA, BBA and BCA are among its Major Courses. The general CSE degree takes four years; BCA takes three. Computing options also include AI and machine learning, data science, cyber security and partner-supported courses with separate fees.

Admissions use SEE, qualifying-examination merit or an accepted entrance route for the degree. The published B.Tech rules also accept JEE Main. The university’s application portal currently carries the 2026 intake; the 2027 application and SEE dates are yet to be announced.

The difference between the regular degree and a specialised course is visible in the annual tuition. General B.Tech CSE costs ₹1.35 lakh a year, compared with ₹1.50 lakh for several advanced-computing specialisations and ₹2.50 lakh for the CLAS computing options in the 2026–27 schedule. BCA General is ₹70,000 a year and MCA General is ₹65,000.

Management choices include the core BBA, MBA with dual specialisation, Applied Management and Agribusiness. The law school has five-year BA LLB and BBA LLB, the three-year LLB and LLM. Pharmacy includes B.Pharm, lateral entry, D.Pharm and M.Pharm. These tuition rates exclude the separate academic charges shown on the fees page.

SAGE Indore offers several routes within the same subject. A computing applicant can choose a general engineering degree, a three-year BCA or a specialised course. This also creates a large price difference: the CLAS computing tuition is ₹1.15 lakh a year above general CSE in the current schedule.

The strengths mentioned in student accounts include accessible teachers, working computer labs, clubs and regular training. The concerns are more specific than a single campus rating suggests. Anshul, a Sunstone computing student, describes paid summer and winter sessions and limited public transport near campus. Krrish Jain, a BBA student, likes faculty support and library access but is less satisfied with the student crowd.

The university has published programme-group placement figures. They show both students placed and students continuing to higher studies; they do not show that every student receives a job offer.

In the Collegedunia rankings 2026, SAGE Indore is 66 out of 200 in law and 173 out of 200 in computer applications. Pharmacy is 128 out of 200 and agriculture is 108 out of 200. These positions belong to individual subjects, rather than a single overall university rank.

The latest available management position in this ranking table is 333 out of 370 in 2025. The year remains 2025 on the 2027 admission pages because a new admission year does not create a new ranking result.

The student accounts cover different courses. Anshul, enrolled in Computer Science and Technology in 2024, describes approachable teachers, computer labs and placement preparation from the second year. His concerns include extra paid sessions and the programming language used in training.
