Your study payments
Regular B.Tech CSE tuition totals ₹12,34,170 under annual payment or ₹12,54,170 under semester payment in the 2026–27 schedule. These are two different published options rather than one total split into instalments.
Common charges add ₹1,24,500 over four years: ₹30,000 admission once, ₹6,000 examination fee each semester, ₹15,000 registration annually from year two and ₹1,500 alumni contribution in the final year. Complete academics are therefore ₹13,58,670 annually paid or ₹13,78,670 semester-paid.
The first academic year is ₹3,37,000 under annual tuition or ₹3,42,000 under semester tuition. SUAT application is separately ₹1,500 for male and ₹1,000 for female applicants. Hostel and clinical-course charges have their own schedules.
Sharda CSE Year-wise and Semester Payments
CSE annual tuition is ₹2,95,000, ₹3,03,850, ₹3,12,966 and ₹3,22,354 across the four published years. Adding common charges gives academic payments of ₹3,37,000, ₹3,30,850, ₹3,39,966 and ₹3,50,854.
The semester option starts with ₹1,50,000 tuition in each of the first two semesters, making ₹3 lakh first-year tuition before ₹42,000 first-year common charges. The full semester-option academics are ₹20,000 above the annual option over four years. The first tuition instalment is therefore smaller than the complete first-year academic payment. Application, hostel and refundable security are added separately where applicable.
| Academic year | Annual tuition option | Semester tuition option | Academic charges included |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | ₹3,37,000 | ₹3,42,000 | ₹42,000 |
| 2 | ₹3,30,850 | ₹3,35,850 | ₹27,000 |

Sharda First-year Tuition Scholarships
Sharda merit scholarships apply to tuition, with the initial full fee payable before the approved excess is adjusted against Semester II. Only one scholarship can be used, whichever is higher, and awards require Scholarship Committee approval.
The published B.Tech, MBA and law schemes use marks or exam bands, with percentages also affected by the admission period in the relevant table. An approved first-year percentage does not automatically apply throughout the degree. Continuation has a separate policy, with minimum 8.00 CGPA, 75% attendance and no specified backlog among its stated eligibility conditions. Other charges, foreign tours and accommodation are outside the ordinary tuition award.
What would an approved tuition waiver save?
Choose the band approved in your award letter. The calculation applies only to first-year tuition; admission, examinations, registration and hostel charges stay payable.

Sharda Conditional Academic and Programme Charges
A required bridge course costs ₹10,000 per subject under the 2026–27 fee booklet. An applicable MOOC costs ₹1,000 per course, up to two, with reimbursement subject to the stated conditions. These are conditional course-related payments.
International immersion for BBA, MBA or B.Com has separate visit charges when undertaken. The ordinary academic total already counts the admission, semester examination, later-year registration and final-year alumni payments specified for that degree. Medical and dental miscellaneous fees and college securities follow their own notices rather than the common CSE model.
| Charge | Published amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Bridge course, when required for eligibility | ₹10,000 | per subject |
| MOOC course, when applicable | ₹1,000 | per course · Reimbursement depends on the stated conditions. |

Sharda Study Budget and Loan Repayment
CSE academics plus four Sarojini AC three-sharing packages and one hostel security total ₹20,98,670 at the published rates. This combines ₹13,58,670 annual-option academics, ₹7.20 lakh residence and ₹20,000 refundable hostel security, before application and spending outside the ten-month hostel periods.
A ₹10 lakh loan at 10% annual interest over seven repayment years gives an EMI of approximately ₹16,601 under the standard monthly calculation. The actual borrowing amount depends on the programme, payment option, scholarship and residence. Any study-period interest or lender charge changes the balance and repayment amount.
