Alliance 2027 Fees: What the Programme Total Includes
Other amounts in your offer
Your course payments
Registration is included in Alliance’s published programme total. For the July 2027 MBA, ₹50,000 registration and ₹15.50 lakh in instalments make ₹16 lakh. The ₹10,000 professional-development fee and ₹3,000 alumni fee take academic payments to ₹16.13 lakh; the ₹1,000 application charge and hostel are separate.
For B.Tech CSE, ₹25,000 registration and four instalments totalling ₹17.75 lakh make the ₹18 lakh programme total. The same ₹13,000 in named additional charges gives ₹18.13 lakh. Counting registration again on top of ₹18 lakh would overstate the bill.
First-Year and Later Academic Payments
CSE starts with ₹4.63 lakh in academic payments: ₹25,000 registration, ₹4.25 lakh first instalment, ₹10,000 professional development and ₹3,000 alumni membership. Later instalments of ₹4.50 lakh fall on 15 May in 2028, 2029 and 2030.
BBA (Honours) begins at ₹3.13 lakh and has three subsequent ₹3 lakh instalments, while B.Com (Honours) begins at ₹2.13 lakh and has three ₹2 lakh instalments. Each integrated law degree begins at ₹3.63 lakh and has four ₹3.50 lakh instalments. The full July MBA academic amount is payable within its first 12 months.

Hostel Booking and the Twelve-Month Stay
Six months is the hostel billing period; the minimum stay is twelve months or until the university permits vacation under its announcement. Room allocation is first come, first served and subject to availability.
Booking requires the refundable security and six-month payment through the university payment route. A later room or hostel change depends on availability in the alternative hall. Since meals and laundry are already included in the tariff, adding a separate guessed mess bill would duplicate an included service.
How the published hostel rules work
- Minimum stay: students cannot vacate for at least 12 months, or until the university’s stated permission.
- Room allotment: first come, first served and subject to availability.
- Booking: the rules require the security deposit and six-month hostel payment.
- Changing a room: a change depends on availability in the other hostel.
- Meals and laundry: included for the six-month period.
Additional Academic and Activity Charges
Professional development costs ₹10,000 and alumni membership ₹3,000 where the individual schedule names them. These have already been included in the academic amounts above. Application charges remain separate; ₹1,000 applies to the main Indian-applicant routes, while the doctoral application charge is ₹3,000.
International exchange can add travel, boarding, lodging, insurance and overseas tuition where applicable. The fee notes also identify experiential learning, field trips, incidental charges and student-club fees when announced. They do not set one common rupee amount for every student.
For CSE, the ₹25,000 Learners Value Proposition component has virtual support from 15 June 2027 and becomes non-refundable after 14 June 2027 under its published schedule.
Professional development and alumni membership
Where the programme PDF names them, ₹10,000 professional development and ₹3,000 alumni membership are due before classes. Those charges are already included in the academic totals displayed here.
Exchange, field trips, clubs and incidental charges
The fee PDFs list international-exchange travel, boarding, lodging, insurance and any applicable overseas tuition as additional. They also identify experiential learning, field trips, incidental charges and student-club memberships when announced. The schedules do not provide one common amount for all of those activities.
MBA and AUSAT Scholarship Conditions
MBA CAT/XAT at 90 percentile qualifies for the 50% tuition-waiver tier with at least 60% each in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation; 80 percentile corresponds to 25%. GMAT scores of 650 and 600 carry 50% and 25% tiers with the same academic conditions. NMAT 240, 220, 200 and 180 correspond to 50%, 35%, 25% and 10%.
For the specified undergraduate degrees, AUSAT thresholds of 90, 80 and 70 correspond to 25%, 15% and 10% tuition waivers, paired with school-mark requirements of 80%, 75% and 70% respectively. The separate AUSAT freeship describes ₹50,000 once at 90 or ₹25,000 once at 80–89.99, with 60% each in Classes 10 and 12.
A one-time freeship and a percentage tuition waiver are different awards. The approved award letter determines the applicable component and period; hostel and security do not automatically receive the same reduction.

Loan Amount for Alliance Tuition and Residence
For the July MBA, the first ₹6.13 lakh academic commitment is followed by two ₹5 lakh instalments during the first year. A loan disbursement plan therefore needs the actual due dates rather than ₹8.065 lakh each year. CSE instead has ₹4.63 lakh initially and three later ₹4.50 lakh payments.
The amount borrowed can include eligible residential costs and subtract an approved scholarship or family contribution. Monthly repayment depends on the principal entering repayment, the lender’s interest rate and the term; study-period interest depends on when funds are disbursed and how the moratorium works.
