Read the official requirement ↗The 80% Direct-admission Rule and Excluded Courses
The 2026 rule covers eligible Class 12 pass-outs of 2025 or 2026 with 80% or above. It gives an exemption from the usual selection process for covered undergraduate programmes. It does not remove the degree’s required subjects or marks.
Architecture, design, education, fashion, law, B.Pharm and physical education are excluded from the general exemption. Law has its own stated CLAT route. Scholarship eligibility is assessed separately, using board, examination, marks and award conditions; an 80% direct-admission exemption does not itself establish a fee waiver.
Read the passing-year and course conditions
The 2026 prospectus covers eligible Class 12 pass-outs from 2025 and 2026 with 80% or above. It excludes architecture, design, education, fashion, law, B.Pharm and physical education. An exemption from selection does not remove the programme’s subject and marks requirements.
Documents required for Amity Mohali admission
Class 10 and Class 12 records support the engineering qualification checks. Subject-wise results are needed where the programme requires PCM, PCB or a prescribed third subject. For BCA, the record must show Mathematics or one of the accepted computing subjects.
Postgraduate applicants need their qualifying-degree records. B.Arch applicants need the applicable NATA result, while a law applicant using the CLAT route needs that test record. Identity, category and award-supporting documents apply where relevant. Result-awaited applicants must satisfy the final qualification and result-submission conditions in the offer.

Punjab Prospectus and Programme Requirements
The 2026 Punjab prospectus provides campus-specific programme eligibility, starting fees, deposits, application procedures and scholarship conditions. Its subject rules distinguish core CSE from some specialised branches and standard degrees from longer study routes.
The university also provides programme structures for Engineering, Architecture, Law and Psychology. These academic documents describe the course of study, while the offer letter supplies the selected applicant’s payment and joining dates.
