TAPMI MBA applications for the 2027–29 batch opened on 15 October 2026 and close on 31 December 2026. Group discussions and interviews are scheduled for February–March 2027. The first merit list is expected in April and the first term in June; both are tentative.
MIT's programme information now refers to MET 2027 and a separate JEE Main route. Its detailed test and counselling dates are not shown in the retrieved calendar. NEET 2027 and MCC schedules are separate from MAHE's own tests. The completed B.Pharm/PharmD dates from 2026 do not apply to the next intake.

Keep payment receipts and complete original-document verification and enrolment within the offer’s deadline.
Admission starts with the degree, institute and campus. A common university name does not mean the same selection process for every course. The main routes are as follows.
- Choose the programme: MIT Manipal for engineering, KMC Manipal for MBBS, or the relevant MAHE institute for other degrees.
- Register online: create an account with the applicant's email address and mobile number, then enter academic and personal details.
- Submit documents and the application charge: the general MAHE application charge is ₹800; selected entrance-test courses also require ₹1,200.
- Complete selection: engineering applicants use the eligible MET or JEE Main route; KMC MBBS applicants qualify NEET UG and participate in MCC counselling. TAPMI MBA applicants follow its separate score-based shortlist and interview process.
- Fill counselling choices: where counselling applies, enter the desired campus and course in preference order and respond to the allotment within its deadline.
- Pay the joining amount: the academic instalment and refundable deposit are listed separately. Hostel booking is another payment.
- Complete reporting: submit final results and original documents for verification and complete enrolment.
TAPMI has its own application fee, starting at ₹2,500 for up to two MBA programme choices. Paying an application fee does not reserve a seat.
MAHE Manipal eligibility for Major Courses
For the MET route to MIT B.Tech, Indian-board applicants need Physics, Mathematics and English, with at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and an approved optional subject. The newly published JEE Main route has a higher academic requirement: 75% in the specified subject combination and at least 90 percentile in JEE Main 2027.

For lateral-entry engineering, a relevant three-year diploma with 45% aggregate, or an eligible B.Sc. with Mathematics in Class 12 and 45% aggregate, is assessed through qualifying-examination merit. This is separate from first-year B.Tech admission. Medical postgraduate courses use their own NEET PG, NEET MDS or super-speciality requirements.

- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets for undergraduate admission.
- Graduation marksheets and degree for postgraduate admission.
- Entrance scorecard where the course requires a test.
- Identity proof, photograph and the documents requested in the application.
- Category or scholarship evidence if applying under that category.
- Allotment letter and payment receipts for counselling and enrolment.
The online application asks for a photograph, signature and academic details. Counselling and reporting require the records relevant to the chosen degree.
- Undergraduate admission: Class 10 certificate, Class 12 marksheet, identity proof and entrance score where required.
- Postgraduate admission: all qualifying-degree marksheets, degree or provisional certificate and the accepted test result.
- MBBS/BDS reporting: NEET result, counselling allotment and the medical admission documents specified for the allotted category.
- Scholarship or category claims: the supporting certificates for the scheme or category selected.
- NRI/foreign admission: passport and the required citizenship, sponsorship or equivalence records.
Final-year applicants admitted provisionally must supply their final results by the deadline stated in the offer. An entrance score does not replace proof that the academic eligibility has been met.
MAHE admission scholarships and renewal rules
MAHE has separate schemes for MIT, health sciences, commerce and TAPMI. Awards may be based on entrance performance, academic results, income or a specified category. The amount covered by an award is different from the total cost of attendance.
The current Children of MAHE Alumni scheme shown for MIT programmes offers a 10% programme-fee waiver, with academic eligibility and yearly continuation conditions. Hostel support is not included in that scheme. Students with failures, incomplete grades or detention can lose the waiver for that academic year.
TAPMI's merit schemes are assessed separately from MIT scholarships. Details of an award, including covered charges and renewal, form part of the student's scholarship approval.
Questions students ask about MAHE Manipal
Can I get MIT Manipal admission through JEE Main in 2027?
The current MIT programme information includes a separate JEE Main 2027 route, with 20% of General-category seats earmarked and one counselling round. It specifies at least 90 percentile and 75% in the required Class 12 subjects for Indian-board applicants.
Does KMC Manipal accept MET for MBBS?
No. MBBS requires NEET UG qualification and MCC deemed-university counselling. MET is not the MBBS entrance test.
Does applying to MAHE guarantee admission?
No. Applicants must meet the course eligibility and complete its selection, counselling and reporting requirements. The application fee alone does not secure a seat.
Can final-year graduates apply for postgraduate courses?
Some courses allow a provisional application. Admission is confirmed only after the required degree result and documents are submitted within the stated deadline.
