BE CSE has a stated semester fee of ₹1,53,000. Two semesters total ₹3,06,000 for the first academic year; eight semesters total ₹12,24,000 over four years. This calculation uses the same stated semester rate throughout the course.
The academic amount does not include the ₹1,000 application/e-prospectus payment, hostel or any separately identified joining and service charges. A 2027 applicant’s payment dates and final intake bill follow the admission offer. A historical specialisation fee should retain its original offer year.
Application payment and admission instalments
The CUCET registration/e-prospectus payment is ₹1,000. It starts the application process and is not the first CSE tuition instalment. The first academic semester is ₹1.53 lakh at the stated CSE rate; the first-year amount of ₹3.06 lakh covers two semesters.
A five-sharing non-AC hostel package adds ₹1.20 lakh in the first year, giving an academic-and-hostel subtotal of ₹4.26 lakh. Including the ₹1,000 application payment gives ₹4.27 lakh before separately billed charges. These components are due at their own application, admission or accommodation stages.
Any advance credited against academic fees reduces the remaining academic balance. A security deposit or additional registration charge needs its own amount and refund terms; the absence of a quoted amount does not make it free.

Academic fees for MBA, BBA, BCA and MCA
MBA costs ₹1,69,500 per semester, giving ₹3.39 lakh per year and ₹6.78 lakh across four semesters. MBA Applied Finance is ₹1.83 lakh per semester and ₹7.32 lakh across two years. Capital Markets is ₹1.25 lakh per semester and ₹5 lakh across two years.
General BBA uses ₹90,000 per semester, or ₹1.80 lakh per year and ₹5.40 lakh across six semesters. General BCA uses ₹82,500 per semester, giving ₹1.65 lakh per year and ₹4.95 lakh across six semesters. MCA uses ₹93,000 per semester, or ₹1.86 lakh per year and ₹3.72 lakh across four semesters.
Specialisations, lateral entry and earlier-dated offers have their own prices. Accommodation and other payments are added to the applicable academic amount rather than assumed to be included.

CU hostel prices, occupancy and annual increases
The domestic hostel schedule begins with five-sharing non-AC at ₹1.20 lakh. Four-sharing non-AC is ₹1.35 lakh and three-sharing non-AC ₹1.50 lakh, available for both men and women under the stated categories. The three-sharing AC package is ₹1.80 lakh for both.
Five-sharing AC at ₹1.50 lakh is for men, while four-sharing AC at ₹1.65 lakh is for women. The two- and single-sharing categories shown are for men and cost more. Availability therefore depends on both occupancy and the room category.
Domestic charges increase by ₹2,000 in each following year for the batch on account of food inflation. Five-sharing non-AC consequently costs ₹1.20 lakh, ₹1.22 lakh, ₹1.24 lakh and ₹1.26 lakh across four years, totalling ₹4.92 lakh. Adding BE CSE academics gives ₹17.16 lakh before application and separately billed charges.

Academic scholarship amount and renewal
A CUCET scholarship reduces the eligible academic fees. The percentage and value depend on the score, phase and final admitted programme. It does not automatically reduce accommodation, deposits or every service charge.
The award is reviewed annually. Continuation requires 7.5 CGPA, an annual renewal application, no E, F or I grade and compliance with discipline rules. A multi-year cost calculation should therefore use the confirmed award and its continuation conditions rather than assume the same concession without renewal.
Loan planning for academic and hostel payments
The CSE academic amount is ₹12.24 lakh, while the four-year example with five-sharing non-AC accommodation is ₹17.16 lakh before other charges. A family’s loan can be smaller after its own contribution and any approved scholarship, or include additional lender-approved costs.
Monthly repayment depends on the borrowed principal, annual interest rate and repayment period. Interest capitalised during study or the moratorium increases the balance to be repaid. Annual salary and a highest placement offer do not determine the loan instalment.
