JAIN’s general UG, general PG and CMS MBA application routes are available for the 2027 intake. B.Tech uses the separate engineering application. A common opening form does not establish one test schedule for every school.

MBA JET 2027 dates are to be announced. The FET calendar still gives 30 April and 1 May 2026 for its engineering written test, followed by May 2026 counselling and fee-payment dates. Those dates belong to the completed cycle.

The engineering fee table now names 2027, but the updated fee heading does not change the year printed on the test calendar. A dated B.Tech JET 2027 schedule and 2027 course-specific application deadlines remain awaited.

Select the school-specific application: general UG, general PG, CMS MBA or FET B.Tech. The general 2027 portals use registration, email/SMS OTP verification, form completion, document upload and application payment.

FET’s online form requires email authentication and generates an application number after submission. The published general-candidate application charge is ₹600 inclusive of GST. B.Tech selection uses JET or an accepted engineering-test route, followed by counselling and a provisional admission offer. Seat confirmation is completed in the student dashboard with the payment stated in the offer.

For MBA, a JET written-test result or qualifying external-score exemption leads to extempore and personal interview. The final result depends on those later assessments. Shortlisted applicants complete the required selection stages before accepting the offer and making its specified payment.

Academic verification and hostel booking follow the requirements for the actual teaching campus. The offer identifies the degree, specialisation, intake and payment deadlines.

The FET 2026 model paper is 150 marks in 150 minutes. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics carry 30 marks each, Aptitude and Logical Reasoning 15 each, and English 30. The official model paper, answer key and Mathematics syllabus provide the engineering practice material.

MBA JET 2027 uses a different format: 120 questions in 120 minutes with no negative marking. Reading Comprehension has 20 questions; Data Analysis, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, and Indian and Global Environment have 25 each. The engineering model paper should retain its 2026 label until a new B.Tech pattern is issued.

Regular B.Tech requires 45% in Class 12, or 40% for SC/ST, with Physics and Mathematics compulsory. The allowed additional subject is Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science or Biology. FET also accepts applications from NIOS candidates and applicants awaiting their Class 12 result. Its IB alternative requires 26 credits.

MBA requires a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 50%. The external scores for written-test exemption are MAT 550, NMAT 160, GMAT 475, or CAT, CMAT and XAT at 50 percentile. Extempore and interview still follow.

BCA General accepts a recognised Class 12/equivalent qualification or a pass in Commercial Practice diploma/equivalent. Its qualification route is different from engineering’s compulsory Physics–Mathematics combination. Design, allied health and other professional degrees retain their own subject or assessment requirements.

The MBA 2027 application asks for Class 10 and 12 records, semester-wise graduation records, identity and a recent photograph. Applicants using an external test also supply the relevant scorecard.

FET’s B.Tech form specifically requests a recent passport photograph and Class 10 marksheet during application. The photograph can be JPG or PNG up to 50 KB; the Class 10 marksheet can be JPG, PNG or PDF up to 100 KB. The later admission and counselling stages require the qualification and score evidence for the chosen route.

• Accepted entrance-score record where applicable.
• Identity, photograph and category or scholarship documents requested by the school.
• Provisional offer, allotment details and payment receipts.

FET’s JEE Main merit scholarship requires at least 60% in Class 12, alongside the scheme’s Indian citizenship and residence conditions. This is higher than the regular B.Tech minimum qualification.

The scholarship committee shortlists applicants after JEE results, and shortlisted candidates attend a Scholarship Counselling Round. A final merit-cum-means decision follows. The provisional admission or scholarship offer has its own completion deadline.

The scheme allows up to 25% of first-year tuition, with recurring performance-based awards governed separately by university norms. The award is deducted from term dues rather than paid directly to the student.
