JAIN Fees: Tuition, Registration and Full Budget

Regular CSE has ₹3.25 lakh annual tuition and ₹30,000 one-time registration in the JET/JEE 2027 table. Tuition repeated across four years is ₹13 lakh; registration takes the academic budget to ₹13.30 lakh. The first-year academic amount is ₹3.55 lakh when registration is counted in that year.
CSE AI and Machine Learning has ₹16.30 lakh academically at the ₹4 lakh annual rate. Data Science is ₹15.30 lakh, Electronics and Communication ₹12.30 lakh, Mechanical ₹8.90 lakh and Civil ₹8.30 lakh, each including registration once. These are current-rate duration calculations rather than separate fixed tariffs for all later years.
Global Campus triple sharing adds ₹1.90 lakh per year under the 2026–27 hostel schedule. Four unchanged hostel years and one ₹10,000 refundable deposit add ₹7.70 lakh to regular CSE, giving ₹21 lakh academically and residentially together. Application is separate.
JAIN Application, Admission and First-Year Payments
The FET general-candidate application charge is ₹600 inclusive of GST. This is outside the CSE academic budget. The seat-confirmation payment follows counselling and the provisional offer; it should not be assumed to equal the entire first academic year.
Year-one CSE academics are ₹3,55,000: ₹3,25,000 tuition and ₹30,000 registration. Triple-sharing accommodation adds ₹1,90,000 and the ₹10,000 refundable deposit once. Together, the first academic and hostel year requires ₹5,55,000 at those rates, before application.
Years two to four with the same annual tuition and room price would be ₹5,15,000 each. Registration and the hostel deposit are not repeated. The admission offer supplies the instalment timing and the amount due for accepting the seat.

JAIN Fees Across Engineering and Computing Options
A regular CSE academic budget of ₹13.30 lakh becomes ₹16.30 lakh for AI and Machine Learning at current annual rates. Data Science lies between them at ₹15.30 lakh. The ₹30,000 registration is already included in each calculation.
BCA General’s four annual tuition payments of ₹1.65 lakh total ₹6.60 lakh. BBA Business Analytics and Intelligence has four annual amounts of ₹3.60 lakh, totalling ₹14.40 lakh in the 2026–27 fee data. These course amounts carry their own fee definitions; a component already included in a total should be counted once.
Accommodation also follows the school. The FET room rates apply to the engineering campus; city-campus students require a residence quote for their actual teaching location.

JAIN MBA and Other Course Fee Components
The 2026–27 MBA Business Analytics example totals ₹12,46,800. It comprises ₹12,05,000 tuition, ₹25,000 registration, ₹6,800 examinations across four ₹1,700 charges, and ₹10,000 convocation/other charges. The public example does not assign a year-wise instalment split.
The total belongs to the named option. CMS’s 2027 admission information does not set one common fee for all single, dual-specialisation and international dual-degree routes. A foreign partner component should not be priced by repeating a regular MBA amount.
Other postgraduate computing examples also have distinct components. MCA AI and Machine Learning totals ₹6.10 lakh in the matching 2026–27 fee record, including ₹30,000 registration. MCA Information Security totals ₹5.70 lakh with the same registration included; it incorporates the specified CompTIA Security+ certification training.

JAIN Global Campus Hostel Fees 2026–27
In-campus triple sharing costs ₹1.90 lakh annually for boys or girls. Boys’ in-campus double sharing is ₹2.25 lakh, and off-campus double sharing is ₹1.85 lakh. A separate ₹10,000 refundable hostel caution applies.
Four years at unchanged prices would therefore add ₹7.70 lakh for triple sharing, ₹9.10 lakh for in-campus boys’ double sharing or ₹7.50 lakh for off-campus boys’ double sharing, including the deposit once. These are engineering-campus budgets using the 2026–27 room schedule.
The housing facilities describe Sodexo dining with breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner, along with Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry, study space and shuttle service. The fee table does not split the annual amount into room and meal prices. The room offer determines the charged package and allocation.
The deposit is returned at exit under the room-condition rules. Damage or missing items can affect the amount returned.

FET’s stated maximum first-year JEE Main merit award is 25% of tuition. For regular CSE at ₹3,25,000, that would cover ₹81,250 and leave ₹2,43,750 first-year tuition. Adding ₹30,000 registration gives ₹2,73,750 academics before accommodation under that example.
The calculation applies only when the committee approves that award. The scheme requires 60% or more in Class 12 and its JEE-based shortlisting and scholarship counselling process. It does not give every admitted B.Tech student a 25% reduction.
Recurring performance-based scholarships follow separate norms. The award should not be extended across all four tuition years without the continuation terms. Hostel charges and registration remain outside a tuition-only reduction.
JAIN Education Loan Documents and Repayment
FET provides a Loan Expenditure Certificate procedure for admitted students. The student requests the Loan Expenditure Requisition Form from int.sfs@jgi.ac.in and returns the signed form with government identity proof, provisional offer and fee receipts.
The loan principal depends on the course and residence chosen. For regular CSE, the current-rate academic amount is ₹13.30 lakh and the triple-sharing combined budget is ₹21 lakh. The lender’s rate, repayment duration and treatment of study-period interest determine the monthly instalment.
An approved tuition scholarship or family contribution reduces the amount borrowed. Refundable hostel caution still contributes to the initial cash needed, even though it may be returned at the end of residence.
