Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) is a private university established in 2011 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It has NAAC A+ accreditation and offers on-campus degrees in engineering, management, computer applications, architecture, law, science, design and humanities.
MUJ is a separate university from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Karnataka. Its Jaipur admission offers, fee payments and campus facilities belong to MUJ. Online Manipal degrees also follow a different mode of study from the residential courses covered here.

From 2025–26, AI and Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, CCE and IoT are specialisation choices after the second year of B.Tech CSE, based on academic performance. Their former separate admission routes now lead to CSE.

MUJ offers a four-year B.Tech CSE, a two-year MBA, a three-year BCA and a four-year BBA honours route. The regular MBA is taught at TAPMI School of Business, Jaipur; this is distinct from admission to TAPMI at Manipal.
Beyond these degrees, students can choose BA LLB and BBA LLB, architecture, pharmacy, design and postgraduate science courses. The engineering branches include ECE, VLSI Design and Technology, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Science and Biosciences. Their annual fees and Class 12 subject requirements are different.
