Manipal University Jaipur offers undergraduate and postgraduate study across engineering, management, computer applications, law, architecture, design, pharmacy, arts and science. B.Tech normally runs for four years, the regular BCA for three years, and the MBA and MCA for two years each.
The BBA honours route is 3+1 years. Its research option includes a fourth-year project. BA LLB and BBA LLB are five-year integrated degrees taken after Class 12, while the three-year LLB requires a bachelor’s degree.
Among science courses, MUJ offers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Psychology. The university’s science eligibility table describes honours and honours-with-research choices with an exit after the third year. The fourth-year route should therefore be read separately from the three-year exit qualification.

B.Tech CSE and BCA have different entry subjects and durations. B.Tech includes engineering study and requires the specified Physics and Mathematics background. The regular BCA accepts students from any Class 12 discipline who meet the aggregate requirement.

BBA subjects include financial accounting, business economics, operations, human resources and business research. A B.Tech branch such as ECE or Robotics and Artificial Intelligence has a different syllabus from regular CSE even when both lead to a B.Tech degree.

Engineering: MUJ has regular CSE alongside ECE, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Biosciences, VLSI Design and Technology, and Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. From 2025–26, admission to the former AI and Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, CCE and IoT routes is through B.Tech CSE. Business and commerce: Choices include BBA honours, Business Analytics, Integrated MBA, MBA, MBA Business Analytics, MBA Real Estate Management and commerce degrees. The regular MBA and MBA Business Analytics have different annual tuition.
