Your course payments
NHCE’s published management academic totals range from ₹2 lakh for M.Tech CSE to ₹15 lakh for B.E. CSE and AIML. The B.E. schedules used for the full-course calculation are labelled 2025–26. A new 2027 fee schedule has not been announced in the documents checked.
In those schedules, CSE and AIML cost ₹3.75 lakh a year, ECE ₹3 lakh, and EEE or Mechanical ₹2.50 lakh. MBA and MCA cost ₹3.50 lakh a year; M.Tech CSE costs ₹1 lakh a year. These are academic amounts. The college’s March 2026 disclosure contains a separate CET, Management and KRLM fee table, which is shown below with its original scope.
Accommodation adds ₹1.60–1.90 lakh per year at the published three-sharing tariffs. Application payments, refundable security, examination charges and transport do not have one common amount in the available schedule. They remain separate payment heads rather than being shown as zero.
Year-wise academic fees for Major Courses
| Course | Year 1 academic fee | Full academic fee | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| B.E. Computer Science and Engineering | ₹3,75,000 | ₹15,00,000 | 4 years |
| B.E. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning | ₹3,75,000 | ₹15,00,000 | 4 years |
| B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering | ₹3,00,000 | ₹12,00,000 | 4 years |
| MBA | ₹3,50,000 | ₹7,00,000 | 2 years |
| MCA | ₹3,50,000 | ₹7,00,000 | 2 years |
| M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering | ₹1,00,000 | ₹2,00,000 | 2 years |
| B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering | ₹2,50,000 | ₹10,00,000 | 4 years |
| B.E. Mechanical Engineering | ₹2,50,000 | ₹10,00,000 | 4 years |
CSE and AIML each have four academic payments of ₹3.75 lakh in the named 2025–26 management schedules, giving ₹15 lakh across four years. ECE has four ₹3 lakh payments; EEE and Mechanical have four ₹2.50 lakh payments. For the two-year degrees, MBA and MCA have two ₹3.50 lakh payments, and M.Tech CSE has two ₹1 lakh payments.
The table separates academic fees from accommodation. The annual hostel amount is added only when a room is selected. A scholarship approved against academic fees reduces the eligible academic amount; it does not automatically reduce the hostel tariff.
CET, Management and KRLM amounts in the college fee table
| Course | CET column | Management column | KRLM column |
|---|---|---|---|
| B.E. Computer Science and Engineering | ₹1,12,410 | ₹3,50,000 | ₹2,81,100 |
| B.E. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning | ₹1,12,410 | ₹3,50,000 | ₹2,81,100 |
| B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering | ₹1,12,410 | ₹3,50,000 | ₹2,81,100 |
| B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering | ₹1,12,410 | ₹2,50,000 | ₹2,81,100 |
| B.E. Mechanical Engineering | ₹1,12,410 | ₹2,50,000 | ₹2,81,100 |
| MBA | ₹57,750 | ₹3,50,000 | — |
| MCA | ₹57,750 | ₹3,50,000 | — |
| M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering | ₹69,300 | ₹1,00,000 | — |
The college’s fee table updated on 31 March 2026 lists ₹1,12,410 under CET for each of the five B.E. branches. Its Management column shows ₹3.50 lakh for CSE, AIML and ECE, and ₹2.50 lakh for EEE and Mechanical. MBA and MCA each show ₹57,750 under CET and ₹3.50 lakh under Management; M.Tech CSE shows ₹69,300 and ₹1 lakh.
The table does not identify payment frequency or a component-wise split. These entries are therefore displayed as stated amounts. They are not multiplied into a new four-year fee. The named management schedules used above and this disclosure differ for some branches; the admission offer must identify the applicable course, quota and payable schedule.
What is payable at application and admission?
| Stage | What the payment means | CSE academic schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Portal or entrance application payment | Application amount not published |
| Offer-stage tuition | A credit within year one if the offer says so | Enter the credited amount in the planner |
| First academic year | Published tuition for year one | ₹3,75,000 · 2025–26 management schedule |
| Each following academic year | Years 2, 3 and 4 in the same schedule | ₹3,75,000 each |
| Hostel, if chosen | A separate annual accommodation package | ₹1,60,000–1,90,000 at listed rates |
| Security and other charges | Only the heads and amounts in the offer | No verified common amount published |
Application payment and first-year academic payment are separate. The available course schedules do not publish a common application amount. After selection, the offer or allotment identifies the academic payment and any joining charges. A tuition advance is part of first-year fees only when it is explicitly credited in that offer.
For CSE, the published first-year management academic amount is ₹3.75 lakh. The remaining academic balance is that amount minus any credited advance already paid. Hostel is then added separately if chosen. Years two, three and four each carry ₹3.75 lakh in the same schedule; refundable deposits and other separate charges remain outside that academic total.
NHCE hostel fees and the total with accommodation
| Hostel choice | Annual package | Four years at the same rate |
|---|---|---|
| NHCE girls’ hostel · three-sharing | ₹1,60,000 | ₹6,40,000 |
| NHCE boys’ hostel · three-sharing, common bathroom | ₹1,70,000 | ₹6,80,000 |
| NHCE boys’ hostel · three-sharing, attached bathroom | ₹1,90,000 | ₹7,60,000 |
NHCE girls’ three-sharing accommodation is ₹1.60 lakh a year. Boys’ three-sharing rooms cost ₹1.70 lakh with a common bathroom or ₹1.90 lakh with an attached bathroom. The published tariff identifies the room type but does not assign these prices to a named hostel block or give separate mess and deposit amounts.
Using the ₹15 lakh CSE academic schedule, the first-year subtotal is ₹5.35 lakh with the girls’ package, ₹5.45 lakh with boys’ common-bathroom accommodation or ₹5.65 lakh with an attached bathroom. At unchanged room rates, four-year academic-plus-hostel totals are ₹21.40 lakh, ₹21.80 lakh and ₹22.60 lakh respectively. Separate application and other charges are additional.
Examination, transport and other separate charges
Application, examination, notebooks and transport
No common itemised rupee schedule for these heads appears in the checked college fee table. In the linked AIML review, Kaif mentions examination charges and lab notebooks. Enter only the separate amounts on your offer or challan in the planner’s extra-charge fields.
Refundable security and hostel deposit
The published academic and room schedules do not specify one common deposit amount. The planner keeps a deposit field separate from tuition and shows it within the cash subtotal once. A refundable deposit remains money to pay at joining.
The academic total does not provide a complete rupee list for every service. An AIML reviewer mentions semester examinations, lab notebooks and fines. These are personal reported payments; the available college fee table does not establish one fixed amount for every student or batch.
Application charges, refundable security, transport and any separate hostel deposit are therefore kept outside the academic schedule. The planner includes fields for the amount actually stated in the admission offer. An amount already included in tuition or the room package is not added for a second time.

First-year MBA and MCA academic awards shown on the same page are ₹20,000 for New Horizon students and ₹15,000 for others with above 75% in the degree. Sports awards distinguish national and state-level winners. The page also states that awards are valid for one academic year. A separate 2027–28 policy and award-combination rules have not been published there.
Education-loan EMI for the NHCE fee budget
The loan calculation uses the amount borrowed, annual interest rate and repayment period. A day scholar’s academic budget and a hostel resident’s academic-plus-accommodation budget give different principal amounts. A scholarship or family contribution reduces the amount that needs to be borrowed.
The EMI is calculated on the principal entered. If study-period or moratorium interest is added to the balance, that larger amount must be entered before calculating the repayment instalment. The tool’s interest rate is an input, rather than a bank offer attached to NHCE admission.
