Woxsen fees have two bills: academic charges payable to the university and food/accommodation charges payable to INFIZIC LLP. The published UG and PG degrees are residential. The academic-only view shows one fee component; it is not a day-scholar option.

The admission commitment is ₹50,000 for the listed undergraduate programmes and ₹1 lakh for MBA. It is a one-time, non-refundable payment included in the first-year academic total. M.Tech, M.Des and M.Arch also list a ₹50,000 commitment.

After paying the commitment, the remaining first-year academic balance is ₹3.80 lakh for B.Tech CSE or ₹6.83 lakh for MBA General, before the separate residential bill. The application-payment amount is shown during application; it has not been added as a guessed zero or a fixed universal charge.

B.Tech CSE’s academic bill remains ₹4.30 lakh a year throughout 2027–31. Its composition changes: the first year includes the ₹50,000 commitment, while later years contain ₹3.70 lakh Academic Fee Part 2 and ₹60,000 learning resources. MBA follows the same principle: ₹7.83 lakh each year, with the commitment appearing only in year one.
BBA, BCA and several other degrees have a lower academic bill after year one. BBA falls from ₹4.30 lakh to ₹4.25 lakh annually; BCA from ₹2.95 lakh to ₹2.85 lakh. On the Standard residential plan, BCA therefore costs ₹6.30 lakh in year one and ₹6.20 lakh in each later year.

B.Des (Hons.) costs ₹17.30 lakh academically over four years: ₹4.55 lakh in year one and ₹4.25 lakh in each later year. B.Arch costs ₹14.60 lakh over five years, starting at ₹3 lakh and then ₹2.90 lakh a year. BA (Hons.) and B.Sc (Hons.) each total ₹11.50 lakh over four years. The three-year Sports Science academic total is ₹8.65 lakh.
BA-LLB and BBA-LLB (Hons.) each have a five-year academic total of ₹13.35 lakh. The integrated BBA + MBA schedule totals ₹21.04 lakh academically across five years. Residential charges are separate for these taught degrees.
Ph.D. fees follow different rules. The July 2026 full-time schedule lists ₹1 lakh in academic payments and complimentary campus food and accommodation. The 2026–30 part-time schedule totals ₹5 lakh academically and charges food/accommodation separately during campus coursework. Extension and re-registration can add charges to either research route.

The Premium upgrade costs ₹63,500 more per year. Four years add ₹2.54 lakh compared with Standard; two years add ₹1.27 lakh. These are complete residential-plan differences, rather than an extra mess bill to add again.
Laundry is charged by the vendor when used. Students must bring a laptop; some prescribed textbooks, outstation study tours and international-exchange travel and living costs are additional. The schedules also state a 2% surcharge for credit/debit-card payments. Full-time Ph.D. accommodation is governed by its funded research offer.
Which part of the fee does a Woxsen scholarship reduce?
Scholarships apply to Academic Fee Part 2. A 50% academic scholarship does not halve the full residential cost. For B.Tech CSE 2027–31, Part 2 totals ₹14.30 lakh. A 50% award applying to that complete component would reduce it by ₹7.15 lakh. The resulting Standard-plan programme cost would be ₹23.45 lakh before personal expenses, subject to the offer’s award and continuation conditions.
Regular merit scholarships can reach 50%, while sports scholarships can reach 100% of the applicable academic component. Admission commitment, learning resources, room, meals and facilities remain in the bill unless expressly covered. The scholarship calculator should use the eligible Part 2 amount and the award shown in the admission letter.
Education loan amount and monthly repayment
A Woxsen MBA General student on the Standard plan has a published two-year cost of ₹22.36 lakh before scholarship. A loan covering only its ₹15.66 lakh academic charge would leave ₹6.70 lakh of residential costs to fund separately. Loan eligibility and the actual amount borrowed depend on the lender, the admission offer and the family’s contribution.
The repayment calculator uses the chosen principal, annual interest rate and repayment period. It calculates a monthly instalment from those inputs. Interest charged during study, a moratorium, insurance and processing fees depend on the lender’s terms and can alter the final repayment amount.
Questions students ask about Woxsen
Is the Woxsen admission commitment fee extra?
No. It is already included in the listed first-year academic fee. B.Tech CSE includes ₹50,000 and MBA General includes ₹1 lakh. Adding it again would overstate the academic total.
What is the Woxsen MBA fee with hostel in 2027?
For MBA General 2027–29, the two-year total is ₹22.36 lakh with Standard accommodation, food and facilities, or ₹23.63 lakh with Premium accommodation.
What is the first-year fee for Woxsen B.Tech CSE?
For 2027–31, first-year academic charges total ₹4.30 lakh. With the Standard residential plan, year one is ₹7.65 lakh; with Premium, it is ₹8.285 lakh.
