B.Tech CSE starts at ₹2,04,200 per semester, or ₹4,08,400 in the first year. Tuition increases by 5–8% in subsequent years. At a 5% increase, the rounded annual amounts are ₹4,08,400, ₹4,28,820, ₹4,50,261 and ₹4,72,774, totalling ₹17,60,255.

Using 8% instead gives an estimated ₹18,40,296 across four years, about ₹80,041 more. These calculations assume the same increase rate each year and round annual payments to whole rupees. Hostel, application and deposit payments are additional.

The course terms also provide a 3% discount for paying the full first-year academic fee as one annual payment. That is a separate benefit from the annual residence-payment discount.

The regular B.Tech and MBA application fee is ₹1,200; it does not count as tuition or a residence deposit. CSE’s first academic semester is ₹2,04,200 at the published rate.

For Saddarma Sadan, men’s two-bed non-AC room with common washrooms, the annual accommodation-and-dining package is ₹1,08,007. A ₹25,000 reservation token is credited against that package. After the token, the remaining package balance is ₹83,007; adding the ₹10,000 refundable caution deposit makes the joining balance ₹93,007.

With semester payment, the first package instalment is ₹58,700. Subtracting the ₹25,000 token and adding ₹10,000 caution leaves ₹43,700. The second semester instalment remains payable later. The token must not be added again to the full annual cost.

MBA first-year payments are ₹2,87,900 and ₹2,82,000, totalling ₹5,69,900. They are unequal semester instalments. A 5% second-year increase gives a two-year academic estimate of ₹11,68,295; an 8% increase gives ₹11,85,392.

General BBA and BBA Financial Markets each have ₹1,45,500 per semester in their first year, or ₹2,91,000. For the three-year general BBA, the 5% calculation totals ₹9,17,378. That total is not assigned to Financial Markets without an established duration.

Integrated law, architecture, pharmacy and science use their own first-year fee rows and course lengths. Academic estimates exclude accommodation and dining, the application charge and any separately identified payments.

The 2026–27 residence schedule contains 32 named block and room combinations. Standard options include Saddarma Sadan two-bed rooms for men, DDS and RBS four-bed rooms for men, the Nursing Hostel two-bed rooms for women and Kokila Sadan four-bed rooms for women. These specified Standard packages cost ₹1,08,007 on annual payment.

The annual column already includes an 8% annual-payment discount. Two ₹58,700 semester payments total ₹1,17,400 for the same Standard package, while annual payment is ₹1,08,007. A further 8% must not be subtracted from that annual figure. Standard+ and higher categories have different prices.

The package includes accommodation and dining; a ₹10,000 refundable caution deposit is additional. Refunds and cancellation depend on the residence rules, clearance of dues and damage assessment. Scholarship benefits for GITAM campus accommodation are limited to the stated Standard and Standard+ categories.

An approved academic award reduces the eligible tuition. Its value depends on the accepted entrance route and award slab, with at least 8.0 CGPA required for continuation in later years. A projected course budget must account for the applicable fee increase as well as scholarship continuation.

Accommodation scholarship rules are separate from the academic award. The residence notification specifies the eligible room categories; a benefit attached to Standard or Standard+ cannot automatically be applied to a higher category. The reservation token remains part payment regardless of the award.

CSE’s four-year academic estimate is ₹17.60–18.40 lakh under the stated 5–8% increase scenarios, before residence. The sanctioned loan can cover a different amount after family payments, scholarships and the lender’s approved expense heads.

Repayment is calculated from the outstanding principal, annual interest rate and term. Interest added during study or the moratorium increases that principal. Residence payments also depend on annual versus semester billing, so the timing and size of disbursements may differ even for the same room.
