The 2027 application schedule is not announced. The 2026–27 cycle closed after an extended advertised deadline of 15 September 2026. The 31 October 2026 deadline applies to pending eligibility proof from provisionally admitted PG students, rather than a fresh application.

The current B.Tech requirement is 60% aggregate in Class 12, with passes in English, Physics, Mathematics and an approved fourth subject. SC/ST, women and Rajasthan OBC non-creamy-layer applicants receive a five-percentage-point relaxation.

B.Tech selection gives first preference to JEE Main merit, then CUET UG, and uses Class 12 aggregate for remaining vacant seats. MBA requires 60% in an eligible bachelor’s degree and successful group discussion and interview. The 2027 notification will set the applicable next-cycle terms.

Application deadlines and pending-result reporting

The last advertised 2026–27 admission deadline was 15 September 2026, extended from 31 August. The university application portal subsequently marked that cycle closed.

The July 2026 Ph.D. intake had a 31 July application deadline and a 9 August entrance examination. Separately, provisionally admitted PG candidates with pending results were required to provide minimum-eligibility proof by 31 October 2026. These deadlines belong to different applicant groups; the 2027 calendar is unannounced.

Application, selection and admission stages

  1. Register on the university application portal and choose the exact programme, including pass, honours or specialisation where applicable.
  2. Enter qualifying marks, upload the requested documents and pay the applicable application charge.
  3. Submit the entrance result relevant to the selection route.
  4. Complete any additional assessment, portfolio review, group discussion or interview required by the programme.
  5. After selection, complete document verification and the first academic payment, including the one-time admission and alumni charge.

Software Product Engineering with Kalvium adds KNET and a personal interview to the B.Tech academic requirements. MBA has its own group-discussion and interview stages. An academic aggregate therefore does not complete every programme’s selection process.

Choose the exact degree and specialisation

Check the course’s academic marks, required subjects and selection process. B.Tech. CSE and an industry-linked CSE course have different fees. Three-year degree and four-year honours options also have different totals.

Register with the student’s own contact details

Use the JECRC University application portal. Enter a working student email address and mobile number; the portal says these cannot be changed after submission.

Fill the form and upload documents

Keep scanned colour photograph, signature, Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet when declared, relevant graduation/postgraduation results and Aadhaar ready. Enter the appropriate entrance scores when available.

Pay the application fee and save the number

The 2026–27 form fee is₹1, 000 for UG/PG/lateral applicants and₹1, 500 for Ph.D. Save the generated application number and payment receipt; this number is used for merit lists and later correspondence.

Complete the required assessment

MBA applicants must clear GD and personal interview. Integrated law and BA JMC require interview. Design courses require portfolio/interview assessments; BVA and the prospectus’s design route also specify a situational test. Kalvium requires KNET and PI.

Attend physical counselling with original documents

Report on the date notified by email or the university. Submit the requested self-attested copies, complete document verification and appear before the Admission Committee. Seat offers follow merit and availability.

Pay the joining amount to confirm the seat

A seat is allotted only after the admission payment. The published first instalment already includes the₹10, 000 one-time admission and alumni fee for the listed UG/PG courses. Keep the receipt and the exact programme/hostel fee schedule.

Academic percentage, relaxation and rounding

JECRC’s 60% minimum becomes 55% for the specified SC/ST, women and Rajasthan OBC non-creamy-layer applicants. Passing the required subjects remains necessary. MCA additionally requires the stated eligible degree; B.Tech requires its science-subject combination.

The admission instructions round an academic fraction of 0.50 or above to the next whole percentage. That rule belongs to UG/PG minimum academic eligibility. Scholarship marks and entrance percentiles have separate band rules and cannot be rounded automatically into a larger award.

Documents for application and eligibility verification

  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates for undergraduate entry.
  • Qualifying-degree marksheets and degree or provisional qualification for postgraduate entry.
  • Applicable entrance scorecard.
  • Photograph, identity and personal details required by the application.
  • Valid category or Rajasthan OBC non-creamy-layer proof when claiming the academic relaxation.
  • Application-payment and academic-fee receipts.

Applicants admitted provisionally while awaiting a PG qualifying result must provide the final proof by the applicable deadline. The 31 October 2026 date belongs to that earlier intake’s eligibility verification.

Prospectus, admission instructions and syllabi

The 2026 prospectus brings together programme details, academic charges, hostel choices and application information. The admission instructions set the eligibility checks, selection preference and conditions for applicants awaiting results.

CSE has separate syllabus and scheme documents for the 2025–2029 batch. BCA, MBA and law also have their own academic documents. A programme syllabus describes the course of study, while the admission notice sets the terms for a particular intake.
