Enter personal and academic details
Complete General Information, personal details and academic records. Choose the programme and check the required subjects before submitting the qualification details.
Upload the documents
Upload the photograph and the programme’s academic and identity documents. The university has separate checklists for UG/integrated, postgraduate and diploma applicants.
Pay the application fee
The published application-processing charge is ₹1,000, or ₹500 for polytechnic. It is non-refundable. SRMUSET has no separate exam charge under the current FAQ.

The portal instructions show a later Registration Fee step allowing a payment of ₹10,000 or more. The programme’s admission payment instructions give the amount due for seat confirmation and the next payment stages.
Finish admission and joining formalities
Complete any course-specific counselling, test or interview, submit originals for verification and pay the amount due for joining. Hostel applicants also need the accommodation documents and medical-fitness certificate.
The online process uses mobile-number registration and OTP login. Application processing, registration and the course-fee payment are separate steps in the portal. A payment at registration does not by itself explain an additional charge above the university’s published consolidated fee.
Some courses have a separate selection requirement. The one-year LL.M. requires a qualifying written test, while Ph.D. uses the Research Aptitude Test and interview rules. The BPT policy requires applicants to have appeared in NEET for the admission year.
