The NIRF 2026 submission gives graduate and placed-student counts for two-year postgraduate programmes. For academic year 2024–25, it records 530 graduates, 503 placed students and a ₹7.92 LPA median CTC. Three students are recorded as entering higher studies.
The median is the middle salary among placed students. It differs from the average. The NIRF table also uses academic-year cohorts, while IPE’s placement web page reports placement years. The two tables show different populations and measures; the NIRF count should not be used to replace the 81.4% rate in the 2025 institutional summary.

IPE publishes programme-level tables as well as an institute-wide placement summary. The 2025 programme table was labelled in progress and contains earlier figures, including a ₹16.25 LPA highest CTC for several courses. It has therefore been kept separate from the later institute-wide ₹20 LPA highest figure.
In that earlier snapshot, Banking and Financial Services had a ₹7.38 LPA average and International Business had ₹7.20 LPA. The table does not provide a final 2025 result for the newer Business Analytics course. It cannot be used to claim that all six programmes had the same result.
Which companies are named among IPE recruiters?
The prospectus includes Deloitte, Apple, PwC, Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Amazon and Flipkart among the employers associated with IPE placements. The list spans consulting, technology, financial services and consumer-facing businesses.
The prospectus does not assign every employer to every PGDM programme or placement year. Student reviews also discuss first-year internships; those experiences are separate from final-job placement figures. Read students’ internship and campus accounts.
How does the PGDM cost compare with reported CTC?
The published two-year academic cash payment of ₹9.15 lakh is about 1.30 times the reported 2025 average annual CTC of ₹7.02 lakh. Adding the current double-occupancy hostel and food rate takes the cash budget to ₹11.55 lakh, or about 1.65 times that average annual CTC.
This compares a two-year cash outlay with one year’s gross CTC. It is not a repayment period: taxes, living costs, loan interest and the difference between CTC and take-home pay affect actual savings. The calculator leaves out the separate ₹500 application fee.
