The prospectus identifies PGDM, Marketing Management, Banking and Financial Services, International Business and HRM as NBA-accredited programmes with AIU MBA equivalence. PGDM–Business Analytics is AICTE approved, but it is explicitly excluded from that statement.
This distinction applies to the qualification, not the published fee: all six PGDMs use the same academic fee schedule. The Business Analytics programme began in 2024–25, while the flagship PGDM has been offered since 1995. Compare the curriculum and fee of each programme.

The library and research base
IPE’s work extends beyond the full-time PGDM classroom to research, consultancy and executive training in public enterprises, governance and management.
IPE was established in 1964, more than three decades before it began the full-time PGDM in 1995. It is recognised as an ICSSR Centre of Excellence. Its institutional work includes public enterprises, policy, governance, finance and management development.
The Fellow Programme in Management is the institute’s separate research programme. A four-year duration and monthly fellowship are described in the latest flyer. Its admission does not use the same application or fee structure as the PGDM. See the FPM admission requirements.
